Bobby Rondinelli
Bobby Rondinelli (born July 27, 1955, Brooklyn, New York) is a rock drummer best known for his work with the hard rock/heavy metal bands like Blue Öyster Cult (1997-2004), Rainbow (1980–1983), Quiet Riot (1990–1993), Black Sabbath (1993–1994, 1995), The Lizards (2003-2008), and Rondinelli.
Rather than wear the outfits and make up KISS were well known for after Peter Criss left, Rondinelli had turned down the vacant KISS drumming stool in 1980 leaving the position open for Eric Carr to fill until his death (1980-1991). In July 2013, Rondinelli was announced as the new drummer for the Axel Rudi Pell band, replacing former drummer Mike Terrana. Rondinelli played drums on the new ARP album which released in January 2014 and joined them on tour in February/March 2014.
